Salesforce has unveiled a new feature on Trailhead called Agentblazer Status, along with a special offer: the first attempts at the Agentforce Specialist exam will be free through 2025

This announcement coincides with the Trailblazer DX conference taking place this week in San Francisco, California, where Salesforce has revealed several new features, including AgentExchange, the Developer Edition with Agentforce and Data Cloud, and Agentforce 2dx.

Agentblazer Status: Your AI Learning Roadmap

Salesforce recognizes that while some individuals are engaging in advanced conversations with large language models (LLMs), others may not even be familiar with the term. A company spokesperson emphasized the importance of everyone understanding the fundamental building blocks of AI and having the opportunity to become proficient.

In response to the question, “How do I get started?”, Salesforce has launched Agentblazer Status on Trailhead, claiming it to be a groundbreaking initiative. This feature serves as a benchmark for Agentforce skills, providing members of the ecosystem with a clear learning path to develop autonomous agents and demonstrate their expertise in the evolving digital workforce.

Agentblazer Status offers various levels to match learners' experience:

1.    Agentblazer Champion (Level 1): Designed for beginners, this level covers AI and Agentforce fundamentals, as well as Data Cloud and governance. Learners will receive guidance in building their first agent.

2.    Agentblazer Innovator (Level 2): At this stage, learners will identify business use cases and create custom agents using Salesforce’s Agent Builder. They will configure Agentforce for Service and Sales, driving impactful outcomes and addressing business challenges.

3.    Agentblazer Legend (Level 3): The highest level focuses on advanced concepts, enabling learners to design complex strategies for managing and customizing the Agentforce lifecycle within an organization. This level prepares participants for the Agentforce Specialist certification.

Each Agentblazer level is linked to specific Trails that include modules and challenges related to AI and Agentforce. Completing these activities earns learners badges and points, contributing to their Agentblazer Status, which is showcased on their Trailblazer Profile.

Free Agentforce Specialist Certification Exams

In promotional materials for the Agentblazer initiative, Salesforce is dedicated to supporting this learning journey, which is why they are offering the first attempt at the Agentforce Specialist Certification exam free until 2025.

Salesforce believes that the more individuals who invest time in learning about Agentforce, the better it is for everyone involved. If a lack of technical knowledge poses a barrier for potential customers, existing users can alleviate this concern by engaging with the Agentblazer Trails and becoming proficient in deploying Agentforce effectively.
