Starting July 21, 2025, Trailblazers across Salesforce, Tableau, MuleSoft, and Slack will experience a unified, simplified certification process. From streamlined logins to smarter exam prep, here’s everything you need to know about the overhaul.

This centralized hub offers:

  • Single Dashboard Access: One login to manage exams, prep materials, and progress.
  • Mobile Registration: Schedule exams on-the-go (though tests still require a desktop).
  • Tailored Recommendations: Smart insights based on your certification history.
  • Expanded Learning Catalog: Filter certifications and courses by role, product, or skill level.
  • Exams will now be administered via Pearson VUE, replacing Webassessor. While mobile registration is enabled, exams must be taken on non-mobile devices.

Dates to Mark in Your Calendar

Salesforce Certifications:

  • June 30, 2025: Final day to register for exams via Webassessor.
  • July 13, 2025: Last chance to take Salesforce exams in the old system.
  • July 21, 2025: New platform launches in Trailhead Academy.


Tableau Certifications:

  • June 30, 2025: Last day to register under the current system.
  • July 6, 2025: Final day to take Tableau exams.
  • July 21, 2025: Tableau transitions to Trailhead Academy.

  • Sync Your Accounts: Ensure your Trailblazer profile email matches your Webassessor/Tableau account.
  • Create a Trailblazer Profile (if new) using your certification account’s email.
  • Reschedule Webassessor Exams: Move post-July 13 exams to the new system or complete them early.
